Emotional geographies 2015, Edinburgh

A group of ten of us went up to Edinburgh for the 5th Emotional Geographies conference, June 10th-12th 2015, held at Fdinburgh University. Jane Speedy gave a very well -received keynote speech based on her new book ‘Staring at the Park’ and the whole group gave a reader’s theatre performance of our collaborative piece ‘red inquiry/inquiring into red’, preceded by Davina Kirkpatrick’s film ‘ She wanders/wonders in the Glory woods’. Sue Porter’s  walking interconnections’ project was also featured at the conference and Mike Gallant; Maud Perrier and  Susanne Gannon andJonathan Wyatt all gave presentations.
